Ambit Energy operates slightly different than most retail electric providers in that they operate as a multi-level marketing team, using a network of independent consultants who work directly with customers.

Guarantee Savings Plan
This 24-month plan is guaranteed to save you money. Ambit Energy calculates what you would have paid for utility supply service and compares it to what you actually paid. If this calculation shows that you did not save money, they will write you a check for the difference. You must continue service for all 24 months of the contract for the guarantee to remain in place.
Summer or Winter Break Plans
Depending on where you live, Ambit Energy offers 50% off your energy supply charges during the summer or winter months.

Ambit Energy Deposits and Fees
Some Ambit Energy Plans incur a $4.95-$9.95 monthly service fee. Ambit Energy will run a credit check on enrollment to determine if a deposit is required. All fixed rate plans have an early termination fee of $199-$299 if you cancel before you reach the full term of your contract.
